Vision: To establish itself as a national statistical institute of international standard by providing reliable, relevant and timely data in a universal and user-friendly manner.

 
Mission: (1) To establish an integrated, professional, efficient and effective statistics system under the direction and leadership of BBS.

(2) Ongoing and growing number of data users at national and international level Methods of practicing international standards and best statistics in a transparent and timely manner to meet the demand Official statistics are compiled and published accordingly
